Use a room schedule for quotation
List room types, products per room, quantity, amenity or component dimensions and any accessible-room variations. Identify opening spares, phased deliveries and replenishment requirements separately. This makes the quotation and later order control clearer.
Sampling and operating-team review
Samples should be checked for scale, weight, handling, base protection, component fit and cleaning expectations. Where possible, let housekeeping or spa staff review products that they will refill and move every day.
Coordinate procurement, delivery and replenishment
Record a product code and revision for every approved item. Separate opening quantities, spares and later replenishment so the commercial plan is clear. For phased projects, carton labels and packing lists should identify the property, area or room type without requiring teams to open every box.
Design intent without operational surprises
Natural stone can provide visual continuity across a project, but form must still follow use. A lobby object may prioritize viewing distance and stability, while a suite tray prioritizes amenity fit and furniture protection. Keeping those requirements in the same brief reduces late changes.
Can one stone palette be used across rooms and public areas?
Often, yes, but the appropriate form and finish may differ by product and use. Agree where close matching matters and where natural variation is acceptable.
How are replacements handled?
Keep approved drawings, product codes and appearance references. Later stone batches can be coordinated to an agreed range, but exact veining cannot be guaranteed.
Plan hotel bathroom accessories, review spa products, or send your hospitality schedule.
